About Lucia Siguenza
Lucia Ortega CMT has always had an interest in helping people. She decided to pursue a career where she could help people but see something different every day. She started to attend National Holistic Institute in Studio City, California to become a Neuromuscular Therapist. She graduated in 2013 and has been practicing ever since.
She has always been active in sports. Soccer, Tennis, Crossfit and Jiu Jitsu. She has used her active lifestyle to incorporate it in her work. She has focused on each mechanism of injury or every range of motion with each chief complaint from her clients to give them a better outcome in their therapy. In doing so she got the honor to work on Collegiate Football Athletes, Crossfit Competitors and Division 1 Soccer Players. As a busy mom of four children she has learned that self care is a necessity to continue to be the active mom she has driven to be. She has become more aware of self care exercises and stretches to reduce pain or limitations from daily life activities and hopes to be able to share those with her clients. “Time and health are two precious assets that we don’t recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted.” -DENIS WAITLEY |
