Back Pain

Back pain shows up differently for everyone — sometimes as a sharp pinch between the shoulder blades, sometimes as a deep ache across the mid‑back, and sometimes as the classic low‑back stiffness that makes it hard to bend, lift, or even breathe comfortably.
