On the day of your treatment, DO NOT eat sugar or carbohydrates 2-4 hours before your session. This applies to all kinds of sugars (pasta, rice, cereals…). You can eat veggies and healthy protein (fish, chicken).
Avoid exercise before a session as it will be harder to cool the body down.
For optimal results, maintain the best possible diet and lifestyle to accompany the treatment (drink plenty of water).
What to Wear?
Wear something comfortable. Depending on your treatment and which areas of the body we are working on.
What Should I Do After My Treatment?
1) Keep hydrated over the next 72 hours to help flush out the destroyed fat cells. Increase hydration should occur for at least 4 weeks past, especially for cryoslimming treatments.
2) Avoid refined carbohydrates and sugars 4-8 hours after your treatments. For long-term maintenance, make sure you also eat healthy and exercise. Frozen fat cells are destroyed and will not come back, but not eating properly will cause new fat cells to form.
3) For cryofacials, apply your favorite moisturizer and eye cream to maintain hydration for your skin.
Is Cryofacials and Cryoslimming Safe? Does It Hurt?
Yes, it is safe. Our Cryo Technician is trained in safety and protocol to ensure that your skin never gets damaged. The key to safety with any aesthetic treatment is training. The handpiece is constantly moving on your skin, and we monitor your skin temperature to ensure that your skin never gets too cold.
The treatment is non-invasive, painless, and has no downtime. Many of our clients describe it as rather pleasant.
How Frequently Can I Come In for Treatments?
Cryofacial: 1 or 2x a week | You can also come in before a big event to get that perfect glowing skin.
Cryoslimming/Fat Reduction: Once every 7-14 days. During cryoslimming treatments, a lot of destroyed lipids are released into the bloodstream and lymphatic system. It is important not to overload these systems. Slimming treatments should not occur more than once every 7-14 days to ensure detoxification systems are not overwhelmed.

Can I Treat Multiple Areas at Once?
